Planning a group climbing activity is quick and simple.

1. Choose an open date on the Online Calendar.
   
   
2. Download the Tower Reservation Form.
   
   
3. Complete the Reservation Form and mail it to Glacier's Edge Council in Janesville along with the tower reservation deposit.
   
   Remember, your reservation is not guaranteed until Glacier's Edge Council receives your reservation form and deposit at which point your climb will be listed on the Online Calendar.
   
   
4. Print the Planning Timeline as a guide for your groups preparation.
